壳牌化学寻求得州鹿园乙烯扩能项目许可证

据悉，美国得克萨斯州环境质量委员会（TCEQ）12月14日发布的公告称，壳牌化学已经向该委员会递交申请，请求扩大得州鹿园乙烯产能的许可。

据公告称，壳牌打算在烯烃OP2和OP3装置增加两个裂解炉，当前装置拥有83.4万吨/年的乙烯产能。

Shell Chemicals has asked the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for permission to expand ethylene production capacity at its Deer Park, TX, facility, according to notices issued by the TCEQ on 14 December.

According to the notices, Shell intends to add two furnaces to the olefins OP2 and OP3 units, which currently have a combined capacity of 834,000 m.t./year of ethylene.
